Building any wellness habit is a step-by-step process, and FortBite is no exception. The first step was deciding to try it, the second step was building a consistent routine, and the third step was simply letting it run. Each step looks unimpressive on its own, but together they make the experience work. I'd rather have a series of small, completed steps than one ambitious leap I abandon halfway. That logic shapes everything I do in this space.
